We all go through things that overwhelm us and cause us to lose hope. We often feel that we're not doing our best or that we're becoming a burden on those around us. Some even get as far as thinking those around them would be better off if they weren't here anymore.
Ignoring your mental health is like pretending the egg in the cave will go away all by itself, but it won't go away, it just grows & grows, until one day, a fully grown dragon flies out and burns the whole town to the ground.
I don't know how far you are along the journey of the Egg & the Dragon, but I do know that the right day to begin fixing things, is today.
If you are unsure whether or not mental health coaching is the right thing for you, then let me help you with that.
The very first thing to say, is that even if you feel very alone right now, like you have nowhere to turn, that isn't true even if it feels true right now.
Secondly, things can get a lot better than they are right now and I'm reaching out to help you with that, but I can only do so, if you actually take the next step of accepting my offer. You can contact me here.
At any one time, approximately one in every four people in the uk are struggling to maintain good mental health.
I am not simply a mental health therapist or a mental health councillor I am am Men's mental health and personal coach. To explain the difference, therapy and counselling will get you back to ground zero so to speak, and coaching will help you design and build a more pleasing future.
In mental health work you will obviously need both, so the work and the process I've created is a complimentary combination of therapy, counselling and coaching methods all beautifully blended together, to give you whatever you need in any particular session to ensure the greatest progress.
We all struggle at times, but struggle doesn't have to be permanent, nor is it meant to be.
Burying, numbing or ignoring the challenges you're currently facing only feeds them. But with the right help, you can transcend your current problems and you can find hope, purpose, joy and connection in your life. Click here to book.
Don't struggle for any longer than you have to. Click the button below to book in &/or ask me any questions you may have. Everything you share will be free of any judgement and 100% confidential.
Approximately every 2 hours of every day, a man in England and Wales will die by suicide and 17% of these are in the south east. Several of these people have been friends and colleagues of mine and probably yours too.
Having mental health awareness be for only a day here or a week there, is not really going to cut it. Whoever you are, I guarantee you that there is a man (or several men) in your work, family or social circle who are suffering in silence.
In addition to my one-to-one work and in the spirit of progress, I'm starting a project designed to give men another option to suicide and to help as many men as possible to create and nurture bullet proof mental health.
Part of my mission with this project is to not only help men directly, but to create a two fold movement, where on one side, we make it easy and acceptable for men to seek help, and on the other, to teach people how to create a space where the man will feel safe to open up about what he's struggling with.
I have a Go-Fund-Me campaign running to give those of you who care about men's mental health the opportunity to be part of helping to reach more men, the men who wouldn't seek out help in any traditional way, but who badly need it. Do you want to be participate in preventing male suicide and helping as many men as possible to create bulletproof mental health?
